Description

Thioredoxin domain-containing protein 17 (TXNDC17), also called 14 kDa thioredoxin-related protein (TRP14), is a disulfide reductase. May participate in various redox reactions through the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyze dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. Modulates TNF-alpha signaling and NF-kappa-B activation. Has peroxidase activity and may contribute to the elimination of cellular hydrogen peroxide.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TXNDC17 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-D123) was used as the immunogen for the TXNDC17 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TXNDC17 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
