Description

TSR2 ribosome maturation factor is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TSR2 gene. The protein encoded by this gene appears to repress the transcription of NF-kappaB and may be involved in apoptosis. Defects in this gene are a cause of Diamond-Blackfan anemia.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TSR2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-E176) was used as the immunogen for the TSR2 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TSR2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
