Description

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a Bbox type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TRIM36 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E143-K642) was used as the immunogen for the TRIM36 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TRIM36 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
