Tetratricopeptide repeat domain 28, also called TPRBK (TPR repeat-containing big gene cloned at Keio) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TTC28 gene. Enables kinase binding activity. Involved in regulation of mitotic cell cycle.

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q1586-D1950) was used as the immunogen for the TPRBK antibody.
