TNNI3 interacting kinase is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNNI3K gene. This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase kinase (MAPKKK) family of protein kinases. The protein contains ankyrin repeat, protein kinase and serine-rich domains and is thought to play a role in cardiac physiology.
Optimal dilution of the TNNI3K antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids F102-Q783) was used as the immunogen for the TNNI3K antibody.
After reconstitution, the TNNI3K antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
