Transcription factor Dp-2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TFDP2 gene. The gene is a member of the transcription factor DP family. The encoded protein forms heterodimers with the E2F transcription factors resulting in transcriptional activation of cell cycle regulated genes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Optimal dilution of the TFDP2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Amino acids EFTNSNNHLAADSAYDQ were used as the immunogen for the TFDP2 antibody.
After reconstitution, the TFDP2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
