Talin is a high-molecular-weight cytoskeletal protein concentrated at regions of cell-substratum contact and, in lymphocytes, at cell-cell contacts. Talin serves a function of linking vinculin to the integrins, and, thus, the cytoskeleton to extracellular matrix(ECM) receptors.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the Talin 2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Purified chicken gizzard talin was used as the immunogen for this Talin 2 antibody.
