Description

This gene encodes a component of the U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) particle. The U5 snRNP is part of the spliceosome, a multiprotein complex that catalyzes the removal of introns from pre-messenger RNAs.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the SNRNP40 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids A43-Q357) was used as the immunogen for the SNRNP40 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the SNRNP40 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
