Description

Rap1 GTPase-GDP dissociation stimulator 1, also called smgGDS, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RAP1GDS1 gene. The smg GDP dissociation stimulator (smgGDS) protein is a stimulatory GDP/GTP exchange protein with GTPase activity.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the smgGDS antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E43-S607) was used as the immunogen for the smgGDS antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the smgGDS antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
