Enables RNA binding activity and mRNA (guanine-N7-)-methyltransferase activity. Involved in 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Located in fibrillar center and nucleoplasm. Part of mRNA cap binding activity complex; mRNA cap methyltransferase complex; and receptor complex.

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R197-E380) was used as the immunogen for the RNMT antibody.
After reconstitution, the RNMT antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
