Description

RNF8 contains a RING finger motif and a FHA domain. This protein has been shown to interact with several class II ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2), including UBE2E1/UBCH6, UBE2E2, and UBE2E3, and may act as an ubiquitin ligase (E3) in the ubiquitination of certain nuclear proteins.

Application Notes

Titration of the RNF8 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

This RNF8 antibody was produced from rabbits immunized with recombinant protein of human RNF8.

Storage

Aliquot the RNF8 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
