Description

Glypican-3 is a proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate. Inhibits the dipeptidyl peptidase activity of DPP4. May be involved in the suppression/modulation of growth in the predominantly mesodermal tissues and organs. May play a role in the modulation of IGF2 interactions with its receptor and thereby modulate its function. May regulate growth and tumor predisposition. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant Glypican 3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.

Recombinant full-length human protein was used as the immunogen for the recombinant Glypican 3 antibody.

Storage

Store the recombinant Glypican 3 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
