Description

RAB44, member RAS oncogene family is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RAB44 gene. Predicted to enable GTP binding activity; GTPase activity; and calcium ion binding activity. Predicted to be located in azurophil granule membrane; plasma membrane; and specific granule membrane.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the RAB44 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q175-R995) was used as the immunogen for the RAB44 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the RAB44 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
