Description

Myelin protein zero-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MPZL1 gene. MPZL1 is a cell surface receptor, which is involved in signal transduction processes. MPZL1 recruits PTPN11/SHP-2 to the cell membrane and is a putative substrate of PTPN11/SHP-2. MPZL1 is a major receptor for concanavalin A (ConA) and is involved in cell.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the PZR antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (A37-N269) was used as the immunogen for the PZR antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PZR antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
