PX domain containing serine/threonine kinase also known as PXK is a protein which in humans is encoded by the PXK gene. This gene encodes a phox (PX) domain-containing protein which may be involved in synaptic transmission and the ligand-induced internalization and degradation of epidermal growth factors. Variations in this gene may be associated with susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Optimal dilution of the PXK antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E5-K576) was used as the immunogen for the PXK antibody.
After reconstitution, the PXK antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
