Description

26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PSMD6 gene. This gene encodes a member of the protease subunit S10 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the 26S proteasome which colocalizes with DNA damage foci and is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquinated proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E30-Q381) was used as the immunogen for the PSMD6 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PSMD6 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
