Western blot testing of 1) human HeLa, 2) human 293T, 3) human MOLT4, 4) human RT4 and 5) rat C6 cell lysate with OTT3 antibody. Predicted molecular weight ~97 kDa, but can be observed at up to ~120 kDa. There is a short form of the protein that is observed at ~63 kDa.
