Description

Enables dodecanoyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] hydrolase activity; myristoyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] hydrolase activity; and palmitoyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] hydrolase activity. Involved in medium-chain fatty acid biosynthetic process. Predicted to be located in cytosol.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the OLAH antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E13-F265) was used as the immunogen for the OLAH antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the OLAH antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
