Opioid growth factor receptor, also known as OGFr or the zeta-opioid receptor, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the OGFR gene. Predicted to enable G protein-coupled opioid receptor activity. Predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of growth. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm; membrane; and nucleus. Is expressed in genitourinary system and metanephros. Orthologous to human OGFR (opioid growth factor receptor).
Optimal dilution of the OGFr antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant mouse protein (amino acids H217-K427) was used as the immunogen for the OGFr antibody.
After reconstitution, the OGFr antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
