Description

NUB1/NYREN18 is a specific down-regulator of the NEDD8 conjugation system. It recruits NEDD8 and its conjugates to the proteasome for degradation. It also interacts with PSMD4/S5a, a member of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the NYREN18 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 87-117 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the NYREN18 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the NYREN18 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
