The NKX family of homeodomain proteins controls numerous developmental processes. Members of the NKX6 subfamily, including NKX6-3, are involved in development of the central nervous system (CNS), gastrointestinal tract, and pancreas.
Titration of the NKX6.3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 83-109 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this NKX6.3 antibody.
