Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3 (NCR3), also called Natural killer cell p30-related protein (NKp30), is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that contributes to the increased efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis. Engagement of NCR3 by BAG6 also promotes dendritic cell (DC) maturation, both through killing those DCs that did not properly acquire a mature phenotype, and inducing NK cells to release TNFA and IFNG, which promotes DC maturation.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the NKp30 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 31-65 from the N-terminal region of the human protein was used as the immunogen for the NKp30 antibody.
Aliquot the NKp30 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
