Description

N-terminal EF-hand calcium-binding protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NECAB2 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a neuronal calcium-binding protein that binds to and modulates the function of at least two receptors, adenosine A(2A) receptor and metabotropic glutamate receptor type 5.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the NECAB2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-E337) was used as the immunogen for the NECAB2 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the NECAB2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
