Nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NAP1L1 gene. This gene encodes a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms; however, not all have been fully described.
Optimal dilution of the NAP1L1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Amino acids CKLKARQLTVQMMQNPQILAALQE were used as the immunogen for the NAP1L1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the NAP1L1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
