Description

The METTL11A gene encodes an N-terminal methyltransferase for the RAN (MIM 601179) guanine nucleotide exchange factor regulator of chromosome condensation 1 (RCC1; MIM 179710). METTL11A enzyme alpha-N-methylates other protein targets such as SET (MIM 600960) and RB (MIM 180200).

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the METTL11A antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (K21-R223) was used as the immunogen for the METTL11A antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the METTL11A antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
