This monoclonal antibody recognizes Mouse Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1), a cell surface glycoprotein of approximately 110KDa. Its epitope is localized in the ligand-binding domain in the extracellular region of Mouse IL-10R1. This antibody blocks the binding of IL-10 to its receptor. IL-10R1 is a class II cytokine receptor expressed on thymocytes, T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes and macrophages. Binding of IL-10 to its receptor initiates JAK/STAT signaling that leads to B cell proliferation and inhibition of macrophage activation.
Optimal dilution of the IL-10RA antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Purified recombinant extracellular region of mouse IL10RA was used as the immunogen for the IL-10RA antibody.
Store the IL-10RA antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
