GPA33 is a cell surface antigen that is expressed in greater than 95% of human colon cancers. It may play a role in cell-cell recognition and signaling.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the GPA33 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 264-293 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the GPA33 antibody.
Aliquot the GPA33 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
