Deoxyribonuclease-1-like 2 is a divalent cation-dependent acid DNA endonuclease involved in the breakdown of the nucleus during corneocyte formation of epidermal keratinocytes. May play an immune role by eliminating harmful DNA released into the extracellular environment by damaged epidermal cells.
Titration of the DNASE1L2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 199-229 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the DNASE1L2 antibody.
Aliquot the DNASE1L2 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
