Description

Death-associated protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DAP gene. This gene encodes a basic, proline-rich, 15-kD protein. The protein acts as a positive mediator of programmed cell death that is induced by interferon-gamma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the DAP-1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Amio acids PHASMDKHPSPRTQ were used as the immunogen for the DAP-1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the DAP-1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
